Johnnie got a new job, so I guess I won't get to be the FRG (Family Readiness Group) leader anymore. I am kinda bummed about it, but relieved at the same time. It was taking a lot of computer work, and the boys didn't know what to do with themselves! I haven't seen Johnnie so happy and not stressed in a while, so I am glad at his new job. Also, glad that he going to start getting flight pay! YIPPEE!!!

SOPAPILLA CHEESECAKE
2 cans Crescent rolls
2 8-oz packages cream cheese
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
Directions:
Grease a 9 X 13 pan. Spread one can Crescent rolls in bottom. Whip together softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and spread over Crescent rolls. Top with second can of rolls. Pour melted butter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until brown on top. Cool, cut in squares and put in covered container in refrigerator. Heat a couple of seconds in microwave if you like it warm.
